BARRY FEENAN,

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Barry has over 16 years' experience working in the residential property markets in Ireland, UK, China and UAE and brings extensive industry knowledge.

In 2004 Barry started his career with Hooke & MacDonald Estate Agents, selling and letting thousands of new and second hand homes.

He then moved to work for the Cosgrave Property Group, managing their residential portfolio of over 1000 properties.

In 2011 Barry decided to make a move to London and act for some of the UK’s top developers before returning to join Sherry FitzGerald New Homes.

Most recently Barry ran the New Homes department of Knight Frank where he worked for over the last 5 years.

Barry is a member of SCSI and RICS and holds qualifications from Oxford Brookes and DIT in Real Estate Management.
